1. How many bundles hair do I need?

We suggest Length 12-20″Inches – You Need 3 bundles, Lengths 22-30″Lengths You Need 4 bundles or More, and 30″-Up”-5 bundles or More.

2. Will it shedding and tangle?

Shedding: Few strands initial shedding of new hair is normal. We always suggest customer seal weft before installing and brushing it with wide-tooth comb. Excessive shedding will cause by weft cutting or dryness. Please always seal the ends if you cut weft for installation and keep it moisturized. Tangle: Usually, our hair will not tangle because it is cuticle intact human hair. However, dryness, oil &dirt build-up, salt water or not combing out daily will lead to tangle and shedding. Please follow hair care instruction and use good shampoo &conditioner to wash hair twice a week.

3. Can hair or wig been dyed and make other style?

Yes, our hairs are 100% human hairs can be dyed, bleached and permed. However, frequently dyed and permed will do hurt on hairs, even destroy hairs. Please do not do this frequently.

4. Why there are short hair on the weft?

When hair cut from donors ,it is a bundle of long hairs and no weft. A length of hairs need to be fold for sewing weft. That is why there are short hairs by one side. Please don’t worry about this, it will not impact hair looking, and will not influence on hair using and quality.

5. Are you manufacturer or wholesaler ?

Usually MS Glam Hair will send out itmes within 8 hours. For lace wig not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the processing time. 8. Do you do drop shipping ?

Yes, we do drop shipping, there is no extra fee for drop shipping . it is simple as fellows: 1.Set up account online , and take your clients address as shipping address , 2.Pay the order by login paypal , update the paypal shipping address with your clients address. 3.Email us your company info . we can ship the package with you as sender ,(pack it with your label or tags if need ), so there is no info on package or inoivce about us , your clients will see package it from you .
